We are an Australian/Spanish family who are delighted to have found our version of paradise. Before Mallorca, we lived on an even smaller island in Australia situated on the Great Barrier Reef, called Hamilton Island. Whilst working as Executive Chef and Employee Relations Manager we learnt the finer details of hotel management but, after many happy years, we were ready for a different kind of business opportunity. We had always dreamed of running a small hotel in Spain and after moving to Mallorca in 2017 we came across this opportunity and jumped at it. We too love travelling and have always enjoyed finding hotels that are unique and retain a sense of the place in which they are situated.

We use as much local produce as possible for our breakfast offer and we are striving to find ways to make the hotel more sustainable including putting water filter taps in the kitchens, updating the water systems, using the food waste for the chickens and many other small improvements with our cleaning products.

We feel it is a privilege to be able to caretake this property for the family that have owned it for many years. Our guests tell us that we have created a destination in which they feel comfortable and at home in. For us this is the ultimate compliment. Come and explore the interesting corners of the property and abundant nature. Relax take a breath and just enjoy the fresh air and views.
